1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AskStream.app ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides temporary, interactive Q&A rooms for users. Rooms and their content are automatically deleted after a set duration, as described in our Privacy Policy. Features and limitations are determined by the user's tier (Free Trial or Patreon Supporter).
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you create and post.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create (questions, replies, etc.). However, by using the Service, you grant AskStream.app a temporary, non-exclusive license to display, store, and manage that content for the purpose of operating the Q&A room for its scheduled duration.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall AskStream.app be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
